The Erzgebirge Soap
The natural soaps are produced by cold saponification. The raw materials used, such as glycerine, fats, essential oils and fragrances, are retained in their natural form. Thanks to this gentle process, the soaps mature between 2 and 12 months. What can mean that popular bars of soap sell out quickly can result in waiting times. In order to take up the connection to mining, the different rock looks can be found in the color of the soaps. Each bar of soap is provided with a mallet and iron, which symbolizes mining in the Ore Mountains.
